Dr. Weikart opens the HighScope Institute for IDEAS, a summer camp for teens that is grounded in a positive youth development approach. Today the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality utilizes the learning experiences from the Institute for IDEAS to help improve the quality of youth programs.
