We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the HighScope facilities. Duties include repairing/altering buildings; maintaining electrical, heating and plumbing systems; painting; supervising maintenance assistant(s) and working with a facility service company to complete responsibilities. Must have a minimum of High School diploma or GED, five years of experience in maintenance and/or construction, and experience with plumbing, electric, and heating/cooling systems. Must also have a residential builder license and a minimum of three years’ supervisory experience. We are currently seeking a part-time PreK Coach Contractor from September 2020 to June 2021. Coaches will coach PreK teachers in the enhanced Plan-Do-Review and Conflict Resolution, assist in planning and attend online trainings for teachers, observe classrooms for fidelity of implementation and more. Must have a B. A. in early childhood education, education, developmental psychology, or related field and experience with coaching and mentoring teachers. Must also have in-depth experience with the HighScope Curriculum and mastery of developmentally-appropriate instructional strategies, including adult-child interactions and individualizing instruction. Will need to be proficient in Zoom, uploading videos to an online sharing platform, Microsoft Office Word, email, and online data entry and have access to reliable transportation to travel to schools as needed. Educational Services Manager
We are seeking an Educational Services Manager to promote and implement HighScope’s educational services. This person will be identifying new potential consumer organizations; developing, strengthening, and maintaining customer relationships; developing training contracts; keeping staff informed on state and federal initiatives, and training and professional development initiatives and trends; supporting RFP submissions and requirements; and supervising the Educational Services team and field consultants. A M.S. Degree in business, education, or related field is required along with at least six years of proven success in promoting and selling programs and building and leading a team. Must be able to provide quality leadership and have the ability to create and sustain partnerships. Must also have working knowledge of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Racial Equity and proven ability to integrate DEI & R into relevant dialogue, professional development, training, and product development. Knowledge of EC educational practices and procedures, the EC system, and other EC pedagogical approaches; understanding of HighScope philosophy, curriculum and educational approach important.
