HighScope Team

Mary Lou Greene serves as grant director for HighScope. She is an associate professor emeritus, former chair of the art department at Marygrove College, Detroit, and director of the Institute for Arts Infused Education. Greene has over 30 years of experience in the grants world as writer, grant compliance officer, and grant evaluation researcher including the evaluation of a five-year Social Innovation Fund federal grant. In addition to her professorial work, Greene has experience in nonprofit management, including directing an arts community center, gallery, and service organization. Greene is a practicing, exhibiting artist who has received many awards for both her printmaking and her social practice work.
