Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2023

• We accept returns up to 30 days from the invoice date.

• We require that you email for permission to return (fulfillment@highscope.org)

• indicating our Invoice or Order number

• Quantity to return and product number

• Items must be in resalable condition (shrinkwrap must be intact for items in shrinkwrap). No credit will be given for items not returned in resalable condition.

• Items must not be defaced or have stickers attached.

• HighScope is not responsible for damaged or lost returns (please pack boxes carefully and use trackable shipping methods).

• A 20% restocking fee will deducted to any products that are not returned in re-sellable condition or returned with damaged packaging.
