Jenny Mosley is the Chief Growth Officer at HighScope, where she leads initiatives to scale evidence-based educational tools for educators nationwide. Throughout her career, Ms. Mosley has dedicated herself to supporting organizations focused on improving outcomes for children by ensuring teachers have access to high-quality, research-backed classroom resources.
Prior to her role at HighScope, Ms. Mosley served as the Senior Vice President of Research & Partnerships at Teaching Strategies, where she guided the development of early childhood products to be implemented across the United States. She also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, evaluating and refining educational metrics to guarantee positive outcomes for all children.
Ms. Mosley holds a deep commitment to early childhood equity and systemic educational support. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and two daughters. Together, the family has a wildflower farm, sharing the natural landscape with their local community.
