HighScope Team

Jenni Hearn is a part of HighScope’s Early Childhood Development team, supporting programs in implementing high-quality instructional practices for young learners. Prior to joining the team, she served as a HighScope field consultant and has worked as an early childhood specialist within multiple intermediate school districts since 2013. Jenni holds a master’s degree in early childhood education and is passionate about equipping educators to create meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children. Her work is grounded in the belief that when educators are empowered and supported, children thrive.
