Erica is a Senior Early Childhood Specialist and former Demonstration Preschool teacher at HighScope. Her work includes design, development, and implementation of the HighScope curriculum and training courses. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Ball State University and a master’s degree in educational administration leadership from the University of Michigan. During her 20-year career in early childhood, Erica has owned and operated her own family child care business, provided training, mentoring, and coaching to other licensed home- and center-based providers, and has served as a teacher and education specialist for Head Start.
