This five-day training is designed to introduce preschool staff to the essential components of the HighScope Preschool Curriculum. These components include active learning and the Key Developmental Indicators, adult-child interactions, the learning environment, the daily routine, and lesson planning. A copy of Essentials of Active Learning 2nd Ed., Revised is provided to all learners. This is a hybrid learning event, taking place on HighScope’s online learning platform with regular Zoom sessions. Learners will engage with course content in live, facilitator-led Zoom sessions held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. Upon successful completion of this learning event, learners will receive IACET CEUs and a certificate of completion.

- Course Registration closes March 6, 2026. Late registrations cannot be accepted.
- If paying by PO, please complete online registration for all of your participants, and send in a copy of your web order with your PO to fulfillment@highscope.org.
- Participants will receive their welcome email with login instructions 1-2 days before class starts.
- Please provide a current email address to enable course communication.
- HighScope will grant refunds (minus the cost of student materials) to students only if they withdraw from the course prior to its start. Cancellation must be received by email to fulfillment@highscope.org.
