Mark Ortiz most recently held the position of environmental health and safety coordinator for the Early Childhood Department at San Antionio Independent School District. His responsibilities in this role included liaison for student health, transportation services, facilities, and program compliance. He was a significant contributor in creating conducive learning environments through thoughtful design and with consideration for both indoor and outdoor spaces. At HighScope, Mark plays a key role overseeing grant projects.
