Anthony Nielsen

Research

After Anthony earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2015, he began working at HighScope in the Educational Services Department, where he was responsible for many aspects of online training, including keeping records of all training events, both online and in-person. As Project Coordinator for the Research, Evaluation, and Development department, Anthony oversees the planning and execution of HighScope’s research and assists with the evaluation of training events and trainers. This work includes facilitating tests, conducting interviews, revising content, survey creation, presentations, coaching preschool teachers, classroom observation/data collection, and course evaluations. During his tenure at HighScope, Anthony has worked to become reliable in a variety of classroom assessment tools such as Classroom Coach, ITERS-3, and CLASS.
