Alfie Kohn
Author and speaker on human behavior, education, and parenting
Alfie Kohn is the author of 14 books, including PUNISHED BY REWARDS, THE SCHOOLS OUR CHILDREN DESERVE, UNCONDITIONAL PARENTING, and THE MYTH OF THE SPOILED CHILD. He has been described by Time magazine as “the country’s most outspoken critic of education’s fixation on grades and test scores.” Kohn, who lectures widely to education groups, lives (actually) in the Boston area and (virtually) at www.alfiekohn.org.
