Managing Director of Marketing and Communications
We are currently seeking a Managing Director of Marketing and Communications to guide the marketing team in managing HighScope’s brand, promoting HighScope’s research, and marketing HighScope’s tools to stakeholders ranging from educators to policymakers across the country and globe, all with the shared goal of advancing high-quality early childhood opportunities for all children. The Managing Director’s responsibilities largely fall into two categories: leading the marketing and communications team; and developing and executing HighScope’s marketing and communications strategy. Must have a B.S. in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar and 6+ years professional experience in a directly related marketing or communications field. Marketing/Editorial Research Intern
Our Publications department has an immediate opening a qualified Marketing/Editorial Research Intern to conduct and collect secondary research related to eBooks and other digital content in the early childhood education market. Essential duties include analysis and research of market trends related to eBooks for early childhood educators; evaluation of competitors’ products, services, and marketing efforts to deliver digital content to early childhood educators; and generation of analytical reports to determine viability of the market and its potential for growth. Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or General Business/Business Statistics are preferred. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, extensive knowledge of the web, web-based applications, and social media.
