We are adding an experienced fundraising professional to our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive private and public sector fundraising program that will establish meaningful and lasting partnerships to extend HighScope’s impact. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to grow portfolio engagement across governmental entities, corporations, philanthropic foundations, and community organizations.
The Development Director will be expected to establish and manage the budget and goals of the fundraising program, including metrics by which success will be measured; spearhead efforts to grow individual giving; effectively manage donor communications; lead grant writing and reporting activities; collaborate with appropriate team members to ensure timely proposal production, and oversee the fulfillment of the terms of funded projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record developing and implementing solicitation strategies for current and prospective donors and successfully executing a comprehensive and broad-based fundraising program to secure, retain and grow revenues.
Must have passion for HighScope’s mission and seven years’ experience in fund development. A Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit administration, public administration, business, public policy, or related is field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Temporary Web Designer
HighScope seeks a creative and innovative professional who will have the overall responsibility of working on a variety of projects involved in website design and development of the company website. The position is responsible for helping to design and oversee the user interface and overall customer experience for our websites and applications. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements. This is a full-time temporary position projected to last for approximately two months. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in web-based graphic design or web interface design and a B.A. or B.S. in graphic design, art or related field or equivalent academic and work experience preferred, or a Technical Certificate or Associates Degree required.Must have experience in WordPress or similar CMS.
