Director of Marketing
We are currently seeking a Marketing Director to lead the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across direct and indirect channels including advertising, conferences, exhibits, catalogs, website, social media, direct marketing initiatives, and sales tools, by using supply chain analytics, competitive market reviews, and targeted customer examination. The Marketing Director applies marketing knowledge to support and build sales using dimensions of professional solution selling strategies. This position serves as brand liaison to both internal and external customers who require a customer-focused mentality and an in-depth understanding and commitment to the HighScope Strategic Plan and Mission. The Director must be an effective people leader, coach, and motivator with a strong creative and innovative drive. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; a Master's Degree/MBA is highly preferred. Must have at least 8 years of professional experience in a marketing field, and advanced knowledge of marketing metrics and analytics. We are currently seeking a full-time Technology Manager to integrate technology into classroom tools, improve our website to better serve partners, and transition our library of research and publications to more accessible digital formats, all with the end user in mind.It also means that our campus and staff of roughly 60 employees must have leading technology to improve our own productivity and ability to collaborate across departments and from afar. The Technology Manager is a newly created position at HighScope. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s technology strategy with the goal of improving the overall HighScope experience for current and potential partners, and HighScope employees. We are also seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Digital Media to support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns; and serve as brand liaison to both internal and external customers. The candidate for this mid-level position will work with the Technology Manager and act as the subject matter expert on digital marketing and compliance. They will manage and organize associated email planning, design, coding, reporting, analysis and database management responsibilities and other duties as required. BA/BS degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or early childhood education or similar field is required. Must have 2+ years professional experience in a directly related marketing field. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, social media channels, design tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Must also have proficiency of basic marketing metrics and analytics and a strong work portfolio. We have an opening for a temporary Maintenance Assistant who will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the HighScope grounds and facilities. Duties will include performing general maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical and heating systems, plumbing washing woodwork, general carpentry; painting; landscaping, operating vehicles, managing recycling process, and light cleaning and trash removal as needed. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and take initiative, is highly dependable and reliable, and has the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. This position begins May 30th, 2017 and will end at the close of summer, end date is flexible. Must have minimum of high school diploma or GED.
