If you don’t have a browser that supports SSL or if you feel uncomfortable sending your credit card information via the Internet, we offer you the option of faxing or calling our Customer Service Center to complete your order. Once you complete your order form and choose a shipping method you will have the option to print out the form and fax to 800.442.4329 or, call our Customer Service Center with your credit card number at 800.407.7377.
