COR Advantage’s observation-based assessment helps teachers capture and analyze each day’s play-based learning and then translate it into positive child outcomes through targeted, individualized instruction. In this five-week online learning event, participants write complete and objective anecdotes, identify the COR Advantage categories, practice the scoring process for completing the COR Advantage assessment measure for children birth to five, and identify strategies for sharing and engaging families in their child’s assessment. At the end of the learning event, once completing the reliability test with a score of 80% or higher, participants receive a certificate of reliability and 1.2 IACET CEUs.
