Alicia Oldham

Alicia Oldham supports professional learning initiatives and educator development at HighScope. With years of experience in child development and education, she brings deep expertise in developmentally appropriate practice, instructional coaching, and teacher growth. Before joining HighScope, Alicia held a variety of roles in early childhood education, including classroom teaching, coaching, and higher education instruction. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education at Oakland University, where her research focuses on early childhood coaching, adult learning, and social-emotional literacy for infants and toddlers. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Stephanie, and writing imaginative children’s stories that celebrate curiosity and connection.
