Shipping Information


Deadline For Orders
Orders must be received no later than 11:45 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, in order to be shipped same day. Orders received after this time will be sent to our warehouse the following business day.

Shipping Charges
*Flat rate shipping $9.99 for orders under $500. 
*Shipping is Free for orders $500 and more

*Certain restrictions apply: This pricing is for standard UPS Ground in the contiguous United States. Excludes the HighScope Excellerations "Sand and Water Play Station" and "Storybook Sets".

Ordering
Orders may be placed through our Online Store with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted) or with a Purchase order number. - Important: If placing an order by Purchase Order from your organization, a hard copy of the Purchase Order is required to complete the order.  You may enter the Purchase Order number in the PO field if placing your order online. You must follow-up with an emailed copy ([email protected]) or faxed to our office (800.442.4329) in order for it to be processed.  If we do not received your purchase order within 5 days, your order will be cancelled.

You may also fax your order to 800.442.4329 - this is a direct fax line to the HighScope Press.  You may also place your order by phone by calling 800.407.7377.

Rush Orders
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. A $6.00 handling fee is applied for requests to ship same day of receipt of order (deadline stated above applies). If Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day shipments are needed — additional shipping charges apply.

Shipping Options

Within United States
Orders are shipped via trackable methods. United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service (with delivery confirmation –- additional charges apply) are our preferred methods.

We can ship your order using your UPS or Federal Express account  number — please provide that information at the time you place your order.

Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select are available for additional charges — please see Deadline For Orders information above, rush handling fees apply.

International
Orders are shipped via Federal Express, United States Postal Service, or United Parcel Service. We only ship via trackable methods.
